Return Policy

Due to all pieces being handmade to the measurements given upon purchase, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely handmade so some items may slight imperfections, be advised before purchasing. It is the customers duty that I receive the correct measurements, PLEASE refer to our measurements page AND double check your measurements before placing your order.

All Ready-to-ship items are sold as is, please READ all descriptions and sizing information carefully.

All sales are final.

Shipping 

All items are shipped via USPS. Items typically take 2-4 weeks to ship out (not including weekends) and 6-8 weeks for bigger projects. Please keep in mind that all dates are estimates as I do work & I am a full-time mom & I cannot foresee sick days or emergencies. Ready-to-ship items will always ship out within 3-5 business days. Please be patient, you will be emailed from me with tracking information once your item is shipped. 

I am not responsible for your item once it is shipped via USPS. I will provide you with your order tracking, if you have any other delivery issues please contact USPS.
